Chart 2 - Cycle Step [selected cycle name]
This chart displays the Cycle Step [selected cycle name] in the Bar Chart and Tabular View, by default the Bar Char is displayed.
The Split Charts toggle with ON and OFF options allows the user to view the graph in two charts labeled by the different Y-axis or combine the two Y-axis in one chart. When you select a bar on the chart, the next chart (Chart 3) will be populated with the activities information.
By default the Tabular View is OFF, select the Tabular View toggle option then the chart will be replaced with a table representing the chart.
Note: The Split Charts will not work when Tabular View is ON and vise versa.
Processing Time (Y-axis) Vs Activities (X-axis)
When you select a Cycle step from the Complete Cycle chart (i.e. Chart 1), Chart 2 is populated with the distinct activity names executed by the selected Cycle step. The Cycle step’s name is displayed as its title and change as you make the selections on Chart 1. This is a Bar Chart with two Y-axis representing total processing time and volume by a distinct Activity name on the X-axis i.e.
Y-axis:
- Processing time
- Volume
X-axis:
- Activity name
Width of bar varies depending on the number of distinct Activity Names and ordered by the most expensive Activity in regards to time processing to least expensive. By default, the left most bar is selected for population of the next chart (i.e. Chart 3).
Tabular View
Select the Tabular View toggle option, the table view is displayed with the below data:
- Agent
- Group
- Transaction Name
- Time Taken: It is the sum of total processing time of individual activities.
- Activities: Number of activities counted in the Cycle step.
- Successful: Number of successful activities in the Cycle step.
- Business Errors: Number of business errors in the Cycle step.
- System Errors: Number of system error in the Cycle step.
- Pending: Number of pending activities in the Cycle step.
- Action icon: The Action icon contain two options
